Yes, that is fine.. or an upgrade script can be manually run that will
extract the information from the file and put it in the users config
file.

Please keep the menu item there. I'd like to see more software try not
to be "too smart" and have menu items disappear in certain conditions.
It should just open up and let the GPG Key be changed.
