Hello. I compiled a new RC3. I'm using SuSE Linux 10.0.
I created new user and submit his name: "řehoř júžer" with UTF-8. It's
his name not ALIAS.
I see this name correctly but e.g. Rudo Thomas, using also rc3,
doesn't. Everyone can also try it, this test user has uin 303428503,
so just view info.
So I don't know if the problem is on server side or in licq?
Another question is, how it behaves if the name will be submited from
system that uses ISO 8859-2 not UTF-8.
 Regards Ladislav.
