I'm currently woundering through the source of licq finding the
DefaultICQServerPort or 5190 (grep -r 5190 *) and only I can find is licq.conf.h
Changing it here /appears/ not to have any effect... :-(
But the next solution would be to route a local port to login.icq.com port 80 or
so, since all ports on that server are serverports. And then set login.icq.com
in resolv.conf with IP 127.0.0.1. This works for me.
