Nice trick...
But looking for 5190 in the licq sources I found two other
files containing the default port setting.
include/licq_constants.h and src/icqd-srv.cpp
After changing 5190 to 80 and recompiling it works fine. I'm
not sure about the second file whether it is a port setting
too, but I don't care, it works... ;)
