Is this person that sent you an offline SMS message not on your ICQ list as an ICQ user but just an sms contact (licq doesn't support this, so you'd have to use a different client to add a non-icq contact).They are a regular icq client. But they don't have their cellphone number saved in their icq details, i added the cell number locally.
