You'll need Lyx: http://www.lyx.org/

Derek and I are working on it pretty heavily right now, so expect it
to change a lot.
The work is under "Attribution-No Derivatives" (
http://creativecommons.org/license/results-one?license_code=by-nd )

If you have feedback, please email Derek and I.  The addresses from
the commit list are the ones to use.
