I'd really like to have the regtests in a single first commit.
then I'd make a separate commit of those issues which have other errors:
- calc_bar_extent
- repeat sign
- slurs
the rest is either divided into three: ancient specifics, common, and
cosmetics
or into two: time-signature.cc is separated as it's more complex,
and the rest goes in one bunch as simple or cosmetic changes.
but of course I can do whichever version is acceptable.
