The thing to check is
make -j3 check
I am rerunning patchy right now. The usual thing to do when a Patchy
glitch is suspected is to set to Patch-new again to give Patchy another
chance.
Setting to Patch-review without an actually successful Patchy run is not
really reasonable. You could easily have a different architecture or
in-place build or other reasons why your system succeeds.
