AFAICS the OctavateEight is italic (non-bold) in Bärenreiter Editions
(based on low-res images I can see by typing "Bärenreiter tenor" in
Google Images). And IIRC Han-Wen and Jan took Bärenreiter's look as
their main inspiration (and I like current LilyPond look, like Phil
and his wife).
Furthermore I think it makes sense to have the same "formatting" for
OctavateEight and "ottava" eight (\ottava command).
Don't you agree?
