Oh please, not more bureaucracy. As if it is not enough work for me
already hammering out and defending consistent behavior. I've been busy
for _weeks_ on that issue already and you want to make that _years_. Many
of the iterations here are shaped by the realities of the existing code
base and can't be "designed" in a clean room. I'd be finished long ago if
that was feasible.
If we now get a group dynamic process of people meddling with the design
without actually having contact with the code or willing to following the
discussion or the development, we'll get nowhere at all.
