I have LilyPond-book here crashing GhostScript with a segfault when
converting the PDF for the regtest toc.ly (the version printed in the web
pages, going through EPS backend). The normal run of toc.ly outside of the
documentation has no problem.
The EPS looks strange at first glance, like running several pages into
one. This is going to be a long night.
