* There is a bug in how minimum-distance is handled.
The doc-string describes the current behavior,
"minimum-distance (dimension, in staff space)
Minimum distance between rest and notes or beam."
The rest-rest spacing is explicitly treated differently in
rest-collision.cc, but you could easily have minimum-distance apply to all
cases, if you want.
* There is a bug over ledger line positioning for rests >= minim outside
the staff.
I don't think this is a bug, but it is issue 2249.
