Also, should I make the same change for LaissezVibrerTie and RepeatTie?
Neither of those have an initialized value for line-thickness (which would
become 0.8 if we align it with Slur/Tie), and both have a thickness of 1.0
(which would become 1.2 if we align it with Slur/Tie).
