Patch counted down - please push (does this need a 'changes.tely' addition?
if so either make a tracker or make a patch, else it may get forgotten when
this behaviour was added).
If there is a changes.tely addition, it would be useful (but not mandatory)
if we could show by simple example a 'before and after' comparison but then
I am not sure how one shows what the old style looked like when running it
against the most current code - if you see what I mean - as we don't insert
png files in changes.tely but @lilypond examples.
