Logically consistent does not buy much when the behavior is not useful.
When will it ever be the case that one requires the _same_ cautionary or
forced accidental in a row?
The only potential use I see would be for accidental *suggestions* in
musica ficta since those are likely to reoccur on repeated chords. Not
even sure what input produces them: probably requires some override.
