Yes, this required another bugfix in order to work. Without that fix,
_all_ dimensions (including those not even touched in the \layout
instruction in the \score \markup) would have been scaled wrong.
Now the scale is consistent. This still has the effect that writing 5
inside of a score markups \layout block generally is different from 5\mm
and the only way to fix that would be to scale back and forth several times
as this is already established in the output definition that ly:grob-layout
returns.
It also means that our incipit-related tests and snippets will change all
over again.
