I apologise for causing you a problem, David. Normally we would have had
two further releases since then, and then the problem would not have
arisen. I don't normally make syntax changes as I can't run
update-with-convert-ly under Windows - it wants to change all the "\"
to "/" or the other way round - but in this case the effect of the syntax
changes on the docs were so trivial I could simulate them manually. No
excuse, I should still have applied them as a separate commit.
