Patchy the autobot says: passes tests. Regtest changes in
tablature-string-tunings (I suspect that the regtest has the wrong string
order by accident) and tablature-banjo. I have no idea about the
correctness of the latter since I'm pretty fuzzy about
fret-number-tablature-format-banjo which messes with the fret numbering on
the fifth string. An actual banjo player should check that.
