Anybody can show me how it can be done, forcing an A second fret on the
fourth string
Look up in the manual "String number indications". You can write < d a'\4
4 in place of <d a'>4
(The patch does not make this automatic, and it seems clear that we do not
want this particular string-choice to be automatic.)
