Ok, I'm getting annoyed.
stem-tremolo-1.png: 9999 differences
stem-tremolo-position-1.png: 9999 differences

It looks like about a third of the stem tremolo bars (not the beam-like
ones, however) suffer from anemia. My working hypothesis is that someone
figured out which bars would get fattened and compensated for it. Because
I cannot really imagine that my code shrinks more than the borderline. But
then my imagination is sometimes limited. I'll take a look.
