We may suggest that bug-lilypond is a low traffic mailing list, so subscribing
to it should not be a problem... And maybe suggest that even if you must be
subscribed to be able to write to the mailing list, you can disable receiving
the messages from the list and still receiving replies to your messages, as our
convention is replying to all and not to the list only (but this may be risky
or change in the future).
