Hi Graham, I was going to bring up, but only after GDP is over, because the Learning Manual and Notation Reference have priority over Application Usage at this point. In fact the build also requires programs related to Metafont (mf-nowin and metapost, I believe). I have TeX Live 2007 installed on my machine, which includes t1utils as well as the Metafont programs. Thanks for the notice though.
