Indeed; Mark, different languages have different typographic rules, so
unless it doesn't affect the built docs (e.g. replacing ``foo'' ->
@qq{foo}) or you know what you're doing (including knowing the
typographic policy Dénes Harmath and other Hungarian translators chose),
please don't change the typography there.

Nothing forbids it in Texinfo manual, but the support of @-commands in
node names is extremely limited.

I agree, but if Mark wants to be picky, he could write
@*section Using @command{lily-git}
Anyway, using "@command{lily-git}" rather than anything else in the
running text is highly recommended.
