'ly2dvi -P' that you use, will give you a Postscript file with bitmapped fonts. I think you want to use 'ly2dvi -p'
Yes, I've tried that, but I get the following:
ly2dvi: error: `kpsewhich feta20.pfa' failed (1)
What is the fix for that?
