This is the second time in a row that you quoted a whole week's digest in your reply. Which means that last week's digest will be included two times in next week's digest. First I would very strongly suggest _never_ to reply to a digest because that messes up the threading. Instead, get _only_ the post you want to refer to and reply to that. And second, DON'T QUOTE A FULL WEEK'S WORTH OF CONTENT, NEVER EVER. Indeed, quoting a full post is already considered something you would only do when conversing with tech support (in order to maintain the context for changing support personnel and probable lack of threading).
