Hello Tech Leads As the virtual connect target week is approaching I would like to finalise any arrangements for the closing out of cards.
As a reminder the target (as I know of it) week is the week ending 17 August. This means the work behind the roadmap cards should be completed, and the card closeout sections in place by Fri 10 August. Whilst the VC is being setup, I would like to have separate sessions during that period with each one of you, in order to go through the cards closeouts and make the final recommendations to the OPSCOM/TSC. The point is to have 1 meeting rather than a series of emails. My aim is to have those meetings on the period 15 August - 22 August, as I will be offline before the 15th. Is that acceptable? The means will be google hangouts. I hope that works too. If you have any concerns with these suggestions please shout out. I will be sending invitations through google calendar over the next 2-3 days. Please note I will be on vac starting 18 Jul (tomorrow), but will allocate some evening time until the end of this week to send out all invitations.
