Hi folks If you are a LT lead you can look away now. If not then keep reading :-) I have now sent all invitations via Google calendar. Couple of important points 1. I tried to keep them short and also to observe your calendar/TZ restrictions. As I am not 100% sure if the slots are ok with the leads I have made each lead the owner of their google calendar event for this review - the owner can change it as they see fit - I am about to go offline for some time so this could be handy if you cannot reach me. 2. Very important: Please make sure you have a closeout for each of your Q2 cards as the invitation agenda recommends BEFORE the meeting, to facilitate the review. Note that I have extended the invitation to the OPSCOM members but made them optional attendants. Feel free to invite others, if you think I missed some participant from your team.
