Hi Jesse, I do not think we have anything too abstract, - it is a closing-out and planning event - checkpoint if you like - albeit not face to face one (so a "virtual" event) - during this event we will look upon what is ready - roadmap cards which can be closed out: what was delivered, were the acceptance criteria met, was there some issue which stopped delivery of all the needed components, and what will happen to those (move to Q3 - or defer, give a better estimate on when to expect a conclusion?) - there should also be some discussion over what will happen in the period till the next face to face Connect (q3.12 - end of October?): which roadmap cards are there for that work From a procedural perspective this means - I set some hangouts with the working groups and platform TLs, in which OPSCOM at least can participate (others too - within the limits of a hangout) - During the hangout we go through the Q2 cards for the team and define what is delivered and what not, also looking at actions for the non-delivered parts. - We can also look at the cards which are coming for Q3 and determine at least when these will be ready for review by the TSC. I guess from the TL perspective it means checking - with your team, what will happen for the period till end of October - with dependencies - what do you need to make sure that deliverables are not at risk Does that clarify it more?
