> Works well here with an AWE32 and latest AWE driver from Iwai.
I'm clueless.. Just spent one sleepless night trying to get the AWE synth
to work... Ok, isapnp sets up the card ok. "modprobe sound" finds my awe
with 2Mb of mem. sfxload seems to work ok.
Now, I can't get any sound out of my soundcard.
drvmidi says "Can't write to sequencer", mpg123 or any wavplayer don't
make a sound. I think i have my sound-module configured as it was before
in the kernel (It used to work without awe....).
Maybe this is not a right place to ask about this, but I'm completly
clueless of what to do next. Should I do something with /dev/something
after I have modprobed the sound, or what ? Any ideas are welcome.
