i like that idea too. i dont like dealing with CMYK, and my print stuff
tend to be photography realted anyway.

i have 128 megs and can work with 8.5 x 11 (a few layers) without too many
problems as long as theres a big enough scratch disk. this is on doze(NT,
which is a memmory hog from hell) and photshop. i havnt tired this with
gimp because i dont use it for print work. any one know of a way to color
calibrate XFree86 for gimp? and/or if theres a way to deal with gamma?

i usually take prints to the service bureau on a zip disk with the fat16
partition that it comes with. i havent tried the hfs(mac) stuff.
