Hi Sara,

Is your Sonos sound bar connected to the HDMI interface ‘ARC’ ? That’s the
first step.

On your Sonos app, go to home theater, Find your Arc product followed by TV
dialogue synch. From there, play with the dialogue slider which may help a
bit.

My brother used to be the head of engineering for Sonos so I’ve got a house
full of mostly everything you can imagine-
