The Commons has 287 units (197 in the original building and 90 units in
memory care, skilled nursing, and assisted living). Some number of the 197
independent and assisted living units are occupied by couples. To be
extremely conservative let's call The Commons population 300. Oriole
Landing has 60 units, with a few families and presumably mostly couples, so
let's call that another 120 for a total of 407 units added through The
Commons and Oriole Landing.

It looks to me that the larger point of that twitter thread stands. Our
school population has been declining. At a guess, the more expensive real
estate becomes the less affordable it is for young families, and thus
people moving in are less likely to have children in the schools.
