Since questions are being asked anecdotally, I'll answer anecdotally – I
live immediately off Lincoln Road, half a mile from the train station, and
I'm very much in favor of us building more and more dense housing. A big
part of the reason I moved here was because I was given the impression that
Lincoln was on the leading edge of building more housing than we were
legally required to. It's not my dream to live in a town with a dense
center, it's my dream to live in a town where we actively value alleviating
a housing crisis for folks who have way less than we do.
