It would seem to me that the first issue we should - and can - address on Lincoln roads is the speed of those passing through. What is the process for getting speed bumps placed in key places? Were I to get signatures from a bunch of neighbors on the north end of Bedford Road requesting speed bumps, is there any chance we would succeed? To whom would we submit such a petition? Anne Warner
