All,
What I have tried, over and over, to no avail, is to say that many have been
looking at this for a long time and are trying to find viable solutions.
You elect Selects to address this.
They appoint committees to specifically focus on this.
Public Safety ALWAYS has this front and center-after all, they are Public
SAFETY.
Our DPW is constantly fretting over how to improve road conditions and safety.

Every Select Board I know, including the 12 years I served, had this issue
constantly before them.
The work has changed over time and the challenges, given increased traffic,
both car and bike, has made it even more difficult.

Do not assume they are not trying to “tackle this problem.”
Indeed they are, as is the RTC and BPAC!

My hat is off to them.
