I think there is a lot of speculation about HCA . It is important to know what is clear and not speculative. Once Lincoln rezones any land it is by rights changed forever ( "in perpetuity" ) and can be developed to a great density. Once we have given that away, we can no longer get it back. Once it is given away, any building permits for those areas can not be brought before town meeting to decide or not to decide. We need to proceed with great care and caution with lot of discussion and respect for all.
