I brought bags of clothes in good condition to be passed along via the Red Cross collection bin at the dump today. I also had some textiles that were not fit to pass along that I wanted to have recycled—but I was unsure where to drop them. There are three Red Cross collection bins. The signage on them is a little confusing, referencing repurposing, recycling, bagged clothes…. Etc…
Does everything just get dropped in the same bin?—or is there a separate bin for recycling? It seems weird to mix good usable items with worn out items. Any clarification out there? Thanks!
