Do you think Lincoln is an island?  Are we not part of the regional housing
crisis?  If not here, then where?

This is a dense project that will appeal to people and families who want to
live here.  And it is better than just a conservation project as it
provides both housing on a relatively small, well-located footprint AND it
protect the land.

What is not to like?  Seriously.
