I wonder how many abused dogs and cats and other defenseless creature there
are who never provoked the abusing human

But that abuse by humans may explain the few dogs who can be dangerous

The sweetest dog I know is a bully mutt.

Now if only we could legislate a leash law for infected ticks and West Nile
virus and EEE  mosquitos so we could enter our woods impervious to Mother
Nature
