God bless you, Mr. Zipes. That was getting on nerves. Nothing to add here (only have cats) but I have edited the subject line to the correct spelling of leash.
Carry on with the discourse.
Or the lack of human training of the dog.
So the nebulosity of all these ‘what if’ scenarios appear to be necessitating, gasp, a leash law… Hmmmmmm.
Rick I wonder how many abused dogs and cats and other defenseless creature there are who never provoked the abusing human
But that abuse by humans may explain the few dogs who can be dangerous
The sweetest dog I know is a bully mutt.
Now if only we could legislate a leash law for infected ticks and West Nile virus and EEE mosquitos so we could enter our woods impervious to Mother Nature
I wonder how many humans have arbitrarily run out of the woods to attack a father and his three year-old while walking on a trail in Lincoln?
Incredible
Rick And I hope to protect the dogs from humans - after all, which is the more dangerous animal ? There are none in (Lincoln) so as to protect people on trails and roads.
