Something I've been quite curious about since moving to Lincoln a bit over a year ago has been why Lincoln doesn't have trash pickup. I got used to the weekly run to the transfer station pretty quickly, but it seems Lincoln is an outlier compared to other towns in the area. Anyone with a bit more history know why this is the case?
