Do those same files work fine when renamed? For example, rename one of the currently problematic files to something without the _##.mov format then try again. Well, the same QT Xtra is used by authoring, projectors and Shockwave so I don't think that would be part of the recipe. But when doing external file access operations I do know that in Shockwave we rely on the browser for network operations whereas in projectors we use our own code, so maybe there's something in the browser network ops that "object" to either the file name?
