there is an easy way to magnify objects, the scale property. That will give
you a bigger object. To center it wherever you want, what i would do is use
the mouse to click on the screen and use that point as the reference point
to center the bigger picture on the screen. If what you intend to do is
something like the photoshop magnifier, the process is a little more
compicated, and it envolves calculations a little more complex, since you
have to calculate the rectangle you selected and from there the amount of
zoom that is necessary for that rectangle, like photoshop does, in those
calculations you have to think that the smaller the rect the higher the
zoom, so it is an inverse relation between rect size and zoom.

Is there any way of creating an onscreen magnifyer in director.
So, If there is a zoom in and zoom out buttons, could we zoom into that
area and scroll it left, right, up and down, keep the content interactive.
