Actually Safari on Intel can run ppc plug ins. UB apps have an option to run native or launch under Rosetta. If you do the latter some PPC plug ins work. I don't know what shockwave does in this config, if it works at all it probably hellishly slow. I doubt 3D acceleration would work at all.
