No you can't. Although things like go to this URL and the actions on the buttons still function within QT as they should. Director just doesn't know what they are saying. However, we do have the ability to use hotspots in QTVRs.
Although it's probably to late for you now, VR stuff is very large and cumbersome compared to our 3D stuff. A simple cubic VR made in QT is about 600 kb whereas a similar thing made with 3D is about 100 kb. There are a lot of programs that will produce the vr for you and export it to our 3D format. And then you also don't need QT to be present.
