Just a random thought.  I'm not sure what they are thinking of doing, but
ask if they can get rid of QuickTime altogether.  You can simulate a
QuickTime VR in Flash.  If that is what they are planning on doing just have
them publish it as a Flash 5 SWF then you can use it in director with the
flashXtra and drop all the QuickTime licensing stuff too.
