Yes -- import of Flash and QuickTime is supported, as well as JPEG,
GIF, PNG and BMP. Supported sound is MP3. It also imports ASCII, RTF
and HTML. ;)

Aha, ha, no -- for that we'd recommend either doing regular video, or
going with Flash.
