ActiveX components -- ouch. My first guess is that the control has not 
been properly told where its file is. If, for instance, you are 
inserting the file, then making the projector, and then *moving* the 
projector someplace, odds are good the AX control has lost track of its 
file's location.

Try putting the VRML file right alongside your Director movie and 
plugging it into the AX control. Then make the projector and, when you 
copy the projector, make sure to take the VRML file along with it.

If that doesn't help perhaps I'm not understanding what the actual 
problem is. That's possible since I last worked with AX about three 
years ago.
