Thanks for the response Troy, I wasn't intending to get a folder directory
but open to a folder in windows explorer.  I have a project where version
1.0 was just a data dump of a lot of files with a nice interface, like what
you would see on a CD-ROM when you buy a book.  

For example, Gary Rosenzweig's, Special Edition Using Macromedia Director
MX.  The CD-ROM that came with the book has a listing of the source code for
the chapters. When you click on the chapter it opens internet explorer to
the directory that you selected.  I thought it was interesting that I bought
a book about Director and the CD-ROM was packaged using Flash.
