Basicly the same as for a CDs. (you better look that up) However, DVD's cannot have hidden files (at least not when using glassmaster). And the total length of filename + path is somewhat limited, I don't recall the actual number but 120 chars or something. To be on the safe side use 8.3 filenameing, It can happen that something goes wrong in the burningphase (Not my fault ;-). I'd also stay away from non US chars.
